During this 2-hour workshop, you will learn the B-A BA of aromatherapy.

Essential oils have been enjoying renewed interest for several years, and for good reason! They are real little miracles, which can do a lot for our health and well-being.

Unfortunately, they are also victims of their success, with all the excesses that a fashion trend can bring about in terms of their quality and the good use we make of them.

Be guided by a certified aromatherapist and member of the Canadian Federation of Aromatherapist, to learn the basics of good practice with essential oils.

This workshop is not an aromatherapy consultation. No personal cases will be discussed, and no advice will be given on a particular medical condition (this requires more information than can only be obtained through an aromatherapy consultation).
